In 2012 GETeducare identified a need for Inclusivity and Uniformity within mental health and education environment to meet the growing need of our learners with a wide range of interest, backgrounds, experience and abilities.

As I am sitting here, Reflecting on my many years in Education, I can't help but wonder what the future of education looks like for us, South Africans. Is simply laying a cognitive foundation enough? If so, what would that look like for our academic landscape?
According to research, emotional intelligence is considered as the starting point of social and emotional skill development, further to this, emotional intelligence can also predict future academic success.
